Prenatal Yoga

One of the best times to practice yoga is when you are expecting. In addition to connecting with other expecting mamas, you can expect to connect with yourself and with baby. This hour-long class provides mamas the opportunity for a low-impact exercise, while stretching, gaining strength, and mindfully creating more room for baby. All levels of experience are welcome and even the most advanced practitioner or exercise enthusiast will benefit from learning modifications designed for the pregnant body.
